This is no surprising to see. Rising power of Consumer, establishing corporate social responsibility values, create a new level of differentiation by linking them with core product and services, be transparent, and finally engage consumers and advocates within your journey. Very similar to what we have been discussing within Nike Corporate responsibility. It looks like there are other big organisations following the same strategy.
